Expanded the footprint and updated the façade and parking lot of an existing shopping center to include a new CVS. Designed new outparcel building for two new restaurant tenants (Starbucks and Chop’t Salad) maintaining the classic English Tudor style architecture of the original buildings.  Completed in 2017
